**Describe the bug**
Step 11: the request permission popup for notifications doesn't appear.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Add the FCM service worker code
2. Add Get FCM device tokens code
3. Add Request permissions to show notifications code
4. ctrl + s on vscode
5. refrech browser
6. the popup window for ask permission doesn't appear.

**Expected behavior**
A window popup should be opened to ask permission
