Randomly receiving "Failed to retrieve authentication information"

I am starting the work for my very first Symphony bot. I generated a sample application as per the getting started page (using `yo @finos/symphony`). I also put my RSA private key in the config. I then start testing the bot on Symphony web ui. It turns out that the bot can sometimes receive the message and respond; at other times the bot has no log printed out and I receive "Failed to retrieve authentication information" on the Symphony web ui.

Appreciate any comments on this issue.

Reproduce the intermittent behavior from the Symphony web UI and inspect whether the bot receives a message or logs anything.
