Description

## Overview

We are continuing a big push to get Morphir working across a large swath of language ecosystems, as our primary Elm implementation has slowed adoption recently.

We've also discussed in the past a mono-repo strategy for Morphir, but in a meeting at the end of the year @AttilaMihaly suggested we remain poly-repo and I suggested some centralized tooling and orchestration in finos/morphir.

In the spirit of making some traction on all of this I am requesting the following new repos which will house the language specific bindings for Morphir for the appropriate language ecosystems:

### Python

Repo Name: finos/morphir-python
Description: Morphir tooling and bindings to support the Python language and ecosystem

### Gleam

Repo Name: finos/morphir-gleam
Description: Morphir tooling and bindings to support Gleam, Elixir, Erlang and the BEAM ecosystem

### Zig

Repo Name: finos/morphir-zig
Description: Morphir tooling and bindings to support the Zig language and ecosystem

### Moonbit

Repo Name: finos/morphir-moonbit
Description: Morphir tooling and bindings to support the Zig language and ecosystem

### Full List

- [x] finos/morphir-gleam
- [x] finos/morphir-python
- [x] finos/morphir-zig
- [x] finos/morphir-moonbit
