Deploy under the @finos namespace and update source repo refences

I see the project still releases without the @finos namespace, which is customary for projects under FINOS. Minor issue, but wondering if it makes sense to align.

Also, I still see the Morgan Stanley repo referenced in the [NPM release page](https://www.npmjs.com/package/morphir-elm), and you might want to update that to the FINOS repo.

Inspect the package publishing metadata and the repository reference shown on the NPM release page. Confirm how the package name and source repository are configured; done means releases use the @finos namespace and the NPM page points to the FINOS repository.
