I want to be able to quickly clone an existing workspace in Studio

We need to discuss what behavior would make sense here. Should we allow cloning own personal and group workspace from `Project Overview` panel or we let users clone other users' personal workspaces? If the latter, we need would need some `SDLC` work

Start by reviewing the Project Overview panel and the existing workspace creation flow in Legend Studio. Clarify whether cloning applies to personal and group workspaces only or also other users' personal workspaces, including the required SDLC behavior. Done requires an agreed scope and defined cloning behavior before implementation can begin.
