Update repos to use npm package for fin-ocr-sdk

Now that the npm package @finos/fin-ocr-sdk is being published, we need to update the other projects to use it. This would involve:

- updating the project build instructions
- Do we want to leave in the npm link instructions for people who are testing sdk changes locally?
- if so, maybe only document the npm link approach in the fin-ocr-sdk documentation?
- updating the package.json
- updating any files that use exports from the toolkit

This would need to be updated for:

- [ ] fin-ocr-cli
- [ ] fin-ocr-browser
- [ ] fin-ocr-rest
