Evolution @ Scale - Incentivization to drive behaviour and mindset adoption

Initial example discussed was MS Systematic Change. Benefits of being eligible and incentive to keep the derived risk score metrics in a good state. Encourages promotion of smaller releases and more frequent releases, potentially even risk only releaeses (only dependency updates and the updates reduce risk).
