How can the Currency Reference Data solution drive efficiency & cost reduction at a high level?

**Use Case # 1 - Regulatory reporting:** Currency Reference Data solution may make it easier to get consistent and more explicit mapping between edge case currency codes across the industry (identified at the [August 18th CurRef meeting](https://github.com/finos/secref-data/issues/23))
