CalmHub: Documentation for MongoDB mTLS connections

### Description of Feature:
CalmHub uses MongoDB as a datastore, however it is unclear without being a developer and looking at the code and Quarkus MongoDB extension documentation (https://quarkus.io/guides/mongodb#tls-configuration) how to connect to MongoDB using TLS.

### User Stories:
As a CalmHub installer, I want documentation so that I can connect to a MongoDB database using TLS.

### Current Limitations:
Documentation on how to install and run CalmHub is lacking.

### Documentation Requirements:
Documentation should be added to the CALM website on how to configure CalmHub.

### Implementation Checklist:
