## Problem/Concern
This issue is meant to track the work and progress for acquiring an OpenSSF badge for Theme Builder. See more info here: https://bestpractices.coreinfrastructure.org/en
This is not a requirement prior to FINOS adoption while we are in incubation, but will be required prior to being a full-fledged project. Badge, once acquired, would be displayed in the README.
