## Minutes
- We discussed the plan to have joint Inner Source Commons and FinOS Inner Source SIG events sharing case studies on Inner Source
- The next event will be a joint Inner Source commons and Inner Source SIG event with a talk by Miguel on Backstage
- The inner source community events will be published to FinOS inner Source SIG and we will also be running a fresh series of events in the Inner source commons call
- We will be providing speaking opportunities from different orgs to talk about their inner source experiences at either of these events
- We discussed getting more data points for the inner source license generator
- It was discussed that we need an alternative to the google form as this is not accessible by most institutions
- It would be good if FinOS can mediate this questionnaire to the member organisation on behalf of the SIG
- The questionnaire has been sent in document form however it was recommended to be converted to a email form
- Rob mentioned to get the FinOS board to get a representative at the SIG as it was one of the top items at that level
- The license generator based on creative commons code was discussed
- we are looking for vue.js developers to ideally to help expedite this development
- Rob commented that it might be hard to get volunteers from the Banks at present
- Chamindra will create a call out for vue.js contributors to be submitted at the London vue.js event
- An alternative is to look at backstage as a place to have the license generator
- one benefit is to have the inner source components have a license attached easily by a built in license generator on inner source project creation
- Miguel will be look at the possibility of implementing such a model and will get back to the SIG on this
- Chamindra mentioned however that this will only make it available to those organisation that use backstage for hosting inner source, but not the others who are using a different mechanism
- It was considered that that license generator will be hosted on finos Inner Source SIG portal
- James raised a risk of the legal implications of finos hosting a license generator
- We differed most of the the discussion on house keeping tasks
- The challenge of the invites / timezone differences was discussed and that a better solution is needed for invites

## Action Items
- [ ] Send a blurb for getting vue.js developers - Chamindra
- [ ] Convert the questionnaire to email form and send to James - Chamindra
- [ ] Explore the possibility of using Backstage to build a license generator component - Miguel
- [ ] Publish a series of events for Inner Source SIG and ISC Community call - co-leads
