Create a short video explaining the value of the SIG

### Description of Problem:
**When** the InnerSource SIG relaunches in June and we need to attract new members to grow the community,
**We** want to ensure we communicate the refreshed purpose, value, and ways to get involved in a clear, engaging, and easily accessible format shortly after the launch
**so** we can increase awareness, encourage more engineers to join the SIG, and build sustained momentum across the industry.

Context

- The InnerSource SIG relaunch is planned for June.
- Growing membership is a key objective, and we want to ensure that potential members understand the value of joining.
- A communication asset is needed that can reinforce the relaunch message after launch and remain relevant as an introduction to the SIG

Create a short video explaining the value of the SIG. It will be hosted on the FINOS website and the InnerSource SIG website, making it publicly accessible and easy to share
