**When** the InnerSource SIG relaunches in June and we need to attract new members to grow the community
**I** want to ensure we communicate the refreshed purpose, value, and ways to get involved in a clear and engaging way shortly after the launch
**so** we can increase awareness, encourage more engineers to join the SIG, and build sustained momentum across the industry
