Idea for this is from the Open Chain commons
Explainer documents on InnerSource to different stakeholders in the organisation, which can include:

Brittany has use-cases for scenarios
- Scenario-stakeholder combination
- Brittany's ven diagrams
- How those roles interact with stakeholders

1. Work to reuse as much as possible from InnerSource commons and provide a link - Sally D
