Desktop agent conformance certification

Our FDC3 Desktop agent now passes all the conformance tests so we'd like to get the conformance certification in place - ideally before OSFF London.

There are instructions on our github page about how to run the tests:

but the url of the conformance app directory might be incorrect. In fact the appd record at https://directory.fdc3.finos.org/v2/apps/Conformance2 is currently returning a 404 for me.

What additional steps do we need to take to get conformance certification?

Start with the repository's Running Conformance Tests instructions and check the conformance app directory URL. Verify the Conformance2 appd endpoint, identify the additional steps required for certification, and update the guidance so the certification process and correct URL are clear.
