Feature: Display customize tab in properties for libraries

### Description

File explorer allows changing the icon. Files used to do but now doesn't show the section on the properties window

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Right click on a library
2. Open the properties
3. See that the customize options are missing

### Expected behavior
- Display customize tab in properties for libraries
