Description
**Is your feature request related to a problem?**
Currently for every type of file (e.g. photos) I have to set my layout mode manually. There should be options in the settings to change the layout mode for folder types like file explorer can.
**Describe the solution**
In settings the can be a new category called default view or something like that. Then it shows all the types of folder that windows has (e.g. Documents, Pictures, General) with a drop down next to it showing the view mode (Detail, Tile, Grid (small, medium and large)) it will set to.
**Requirements**
- Add a new category. Files settings > Files & folders > Folder layout types.
- Fill drop down with Windows File Explorer folder types.
- Add a button to change the layout settings using the same flyout as current toolbar layout button.
- Add folder layout type in properties for folders,
- This should sync with Windows File Explorer system.
- Possible allow adding more types that don't sync with Windows File Explorer
