Discussion: Add ink gestures

**Is your feature request related to a problem?**
Not really a problem, but several apps (eg Journal, MS To-Do) have added ink gestures to manipulate items. I think this would be a cool thing to have in Files.

**Describe the solution**
Add support for ink gestures for manipulating items in layout modes. Some gestures could be scribble to delete, circle to select multiple items, check to toggle selection.
