Bug: Files crashes when I try to create TXT file via context menu

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Open any directory via "Files"
2. Change language to some except English (e.g. Serbian or Russian)
3. Open context menu → New (Нов/Создать) → TXT file

Reproduce the crash in Files 4.2.9.0 by switching Windows to Serbian or Russian and choosing New → TXT file from a directory context menu. Start with the attached debug.log, then trace the context-menu TXT-file creation path; done means the file is created without crashing in non-English languages while English behavior still works.
