Feature: Support for .bz2 archives

From my testing the only issues are
- ~File size wont show in the archive~ (File size isn't supported for this format, Based on 7zip and Windows File Explorer doing the same)
- File copy and paste and Right click > Extract won't show progress (It does finish)

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the archive handling and copy/extract progress code, then reproduce opening a .bz2 archive and copying or extracting files. Done means .bz2 archives are supported and the reported behavior is addressed or explicitly confirmed as out of scope.
