Bug: In the 'Home' page, multiple duplicate drive letters may be displayed.

### Description

As shown in the figure below, the home page may display multiple D: or F: drives. In severe cases, it may show 2 C: drives and 4 D: drives simultaneously.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Launched AE from the taskbar.
2. While AE was starting, clicked on Files in the taskbar.
3. The Files home page displayed an error.

Start by reproducing the launch sequence in the issue: launch Files from the taskbar, then click Files again while it starts, and inspect the attached debug.log. Trace the Home page's drive-list loading entry point to determine why entries are duplicated. Done means the Home page shows each drive letter only once after this sequence.
