Feature: Background Color setting should be collapsed by default

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Hello,
When opening Settings-Appearances the Background color section is always open. Not too much, but I have to admit is a bit annoying to scroll all the way down since it is helpful opened only once in a long while.

### Requirements

What do you think if you can let it closed as the others are? Just a thought
