Description

### Description

I have started FortiClient ver. 7.4.3.4726 VPN to establish a VPN connection with the remote domain. Files app had been opened before that. I switched to Files app and tried to change the location of a single tab opened in it to the location of the local folder through the a link stored in "Pinned" section on the sidebar.

The application hanged indefinitely. Please see the screenshot below.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Start a VPN connection on a machine. When the bug occurred, I started FortiClient VPN-only ver. 7.4.3.4726 and connected to some Fortinet installation installed on the remote location. I do not know what exact product is installed there. I believe that might be Fortinet Secure SD-WAN.
2. Open some local folder throught a link stored as a "Pinned to sidebar" link in the "Pinned" section on the sidebar.
3. Notice that Files hangs indefinitely instead of showing the folder contents.
