Feature: Option to automatically clear completed status center tasks

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

While I have a long-running file copy, move, or delete operation in progress I like the way Files lets me keep track of it. However, once the operation is complete, I no longer need to keep track of it. I'd like the app to give me the option of having completed tasks automatically removed from the status center, either immediately or after a specified amount of time.

- This proposal will add an option to enable or disable automatic removal of completed tasks from the status center
