Description
### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?
It would be good to move, for example, back and forth (through the history of visiting folders) through a gesture to the left (while holding RMB) and to the right. Up gesture up. You can also make a gesture to quickly change the viewing mode from thumbnails to the table and back and duplicate the tab. Ideally, gestures should work not only in the window area, but also outside it, if the window is not open on the entire screen (but let them work only when the Files window is active). Of course, it is better to give the user the opportunity to assign any command to any gesture.

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by clarifying the gesture vocabulary, supported commands, window-activation boundaries, and configuration requirements for the Windows 11 Files app. Done should include agreed behavior and acceptance criteria for customizable mouse gestures.
