Bug: Long paths in Address bar get cut off

What's Happening: Long Paths get cutoff at the right end

Expected: Adaptive Hiding of parent folders in path to keep current folders onscreen, just like how it works in File Explorer.

Alternate Idea (Different than that of file explorer): Auto Scrolling the Address bar paths.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate to a long path
2. Address bar has cut off regions
