Feature: Show Run as Admin for PS1 files

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Currently, there is no run as admin option for files. Including one would be appreciated. (When Files is running unelevated)

*I haven't seen any other issue with mention of this specifically, mb if its a duplicate.

### Requirements

When it comes to scripts, I request for an option to be added to these places:
- When right clicking on toolbar run in (app) button, it can show a run as admin option.
- Run as admin in extended context menus
