Feature: Lock tabs, opening a folder within the tab opens a new tab

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

In xyplorer, I used to have a set of tabs that I needed available all the time. Clicking on a folder in that tab would auto open a new tab, keeping my high level folders always available in the tab bar. I love the files interface and the customization, but that is the one thing missing for me personally. Running in Windows 11
