Feature: export hashes to .hash file and compare hash with .hash file

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

In file hash details, add an option to export hashes to .hash (corz) and add an option to use .hash file to compare computed hash with .hash file info. Example: Export "inventory.accdb" hashes to "inventory.accdb.hash" file. and use "inventory.accdb.hash" file to validate hashes of "inventory.accdb file". OpenHashTab is an excelent example.

### Requirements

- Add an "export to .hash" option in file hash details
- Add an "compare with .hash" option in file hash details
- "compare with .hash" must look for corresponding .hash file to display this option (disabled if not)
