Bug: Scrolling isn't working properly

### Description

Whenever I open a page, enter a certain path, and then put it aside to do something else, after a while (maybe half an hour or an hour) I come back and find that it is stuck and cannot be scrolled. I need to click a folder on the left and enter other pages before it will respond to refresh again.

Known to happen with
- Drag and drop
- Layout changes (either grouping, resizing the window or layout type)

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Open a folder
2. Leave it there for a while
3. Come back and scroll
