Bug: Tags don't work properly

### Description

I experienced this issues with reference to tags:

- defined folders inside tags are shown three times
- defined folder within a tag is lost in later sessions
- folders are assigned in/to the wrong tag

That means save procedure doesn't work properly

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Created tags called Setup and Immobilien
2. Tag a folder with Setup
3. Tag a different folder with Immobilien
4. Folder tagged with Setup is shown in tag Immobilien
