Bug: Computers with SMB shares aren't shown in the Network page

### Description

`smb://deansfastpc.local/` exists on my network. It is accessible via `explorer.exe` (and [`dolphin-25.08.1-1.fc42.x86_64.rpm`](https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/dolphin/25.08.1/1.fc42/x86_64/dolphin-25.08.1-1.fc42.x86_64.rpm)): [^1]

…but not `FilesPreview_4.0.0.0_x64__1y0xx7n9077q4`:

The nameless share depicted in Files' interface is inaccessible, because attempted access silently fails.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Have another user create a LAN share via SMB.

1. Visit `Shell:NetworkPlacesFolder`.
