Description
### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?
As the screenshot shows, in File Explorer, the file has that circular icon next to it to show that it's available on-device and hasn't been synced to OneDrive, differentiating it from the files with the green ticks which are available on-device and have been synced to the cloud.
Meanwhile, in the Files app, no icon is displayed there, and it just says "Unknown". And when you hover over the files with the checks in the Files app, it just says that they're "available offline", so I know they're on my computer but don't know whether they're also backed up to the cloud.
Use case: enable the user to know whether their work has been backed up without needing to open File Explorer, making it easier for the user to work on different devices in different locations and know whether their work will be available

Research direction
No source file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the Files UI that currently shows “Unknown” and “available offline,” then trace how cloud-drive sync state is exposed. Done means displaying a distinct syncing icon for on-device files not yet synced while preserving the existing states; validate against the supplied screenshot and Windows scenario.
