Feature: Compare/sync between two folders

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

I think a nice feature would be to be able to compare the content of two folders, provide the user with the ability to sync them and provide options on how to sync them - in one direction only, both directions, intelligently (based on file modified date or some other criteria). It would be nice if it could work recursively as well, ie. dive into subfolders etc...
