Description

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

These are some file formats I would like to open in FIles (prosecution of #17215):

- .apk, .nupkg, .vsix: these are based on the ZIP format
- .bz2, .xz, .iso: these are supported by Explorer in Windows 11
- .tgz, .tbz2, .txz: these are the same as .tar.gz (already supported), .tar.bz2 and .tar.xz

### Requirements

- This proposal will accomplish: ability to open and associate with .apk, .nupkg, .vsix, .tgz that already use supported compression types
- This proposal will accomplish: support for BZ2, XZ and ISO formats for feature parity with Windows Explorer

### Files Version

3.9.14.0

### Windows Version

Windows 11 26100.4770
