Feature: Setting to disable 'hover to open' when dragging items

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Loving the app and have completely switched over and hoping to switch my wife over.

Her only thing is she is used to file explorer not opening a folder if you select a bunch of files and drop them into a folder.

Understand the extra utility to have it open and then you can continue to select where it goes.

Her muscle memory makes her hold abit longer to confirm which folder she is dropping the files into though and ends up just being a pain for her to navigate.

Hopefully can be included!

### Requirements

This will provide an option for quick navigation when moving files and also an option closer to file explorer for those who are use to that.
