Feature: Consistent visual approach for Hidden Files and Folders

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

When the user has chosen to show hidden items, currently the visual approach used for these, could be confused with items being disabled.

Developing a consistent visual approach for displaying these should be added.

### Requirements

- This proposal will decide on a visual style for these Hidden files and folders
- This visual approach will be used across all places these items will be shown
- This visual style should be distinct from Disabled item states, and possibly Cut items
