Research direction
Start by reproducing name sorting in any folder on Windows 10 with filenames containing Latin characters and Simplified Chinese, then compare the result with Windows File Explorer. Trace the sorting behavior from there; done means the Files order matches Explorer, with Simplified Chinese placed consistently after the Latin-name group.
