### Description
Folder is locked when trying to delete when opened or previously opened in another instance of Files
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Open Files
2. Open a folder in new window
3. Navigate to another folder in File in that new window
4. In the original File instance, try delete the folder, delete will fail
5. Use Power Toys "Locksmith" to unlock
6. Notice that the folder is "locked" by Files
