Feature: Add separate thumbnail/icon settings for files and folders

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

The only reason I am looking for an alternative to windows file manager is that when you change the default file icon, in order to see the custom icon you have to turn on "**always show icons never folders**" in explorer options.

The problem is that I then lose all thumbnail pics.

So an option to still be able to see thumbs when you have changed the default windows folder icon globally would be a very hand thing.
