Bug: Some pinned items removed after reordering

### Description

it freezes then crashes. when opened, i notice some entries are missing in the side panel.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. right click, reorder
2. freeze, crash
3. entries lost

### Requirements

also the side panel is very buggy already, the animation more often than not freeze halfway, this could be part of a larger issue.

### Files Version

3.5.0.0 and also 3.5.6.0

### Windows Version

Start by reproducing the crash while reordering pinned items in the side panel on Windows 11, then inspect the attached debug.log for the failure and any indication of which entries were removed.
