Feature: Set expanded state for all operations

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

I would like to request a better/improved file operations dialog/menu or to add the ability to have it automatically open or show a popup when an operation is done. Like in Edge browser the download dialog opens when a download starts or in explorer.exe it shows advanced view for every operation after I select more info instead of me having to hit more info every single time. Maybe the option to also have it show as a separate/pop-up window too.
