Feature: Add an option to change the default drag & drop option

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

When using the drag and drop feature in files, the default behaviour is to move files. Although it's possible to change the behaviour by using CTRL key, it will be useful to have an option to switch the default behaviour to copy.

### Requirements

- Implement an option in "Files & Folders" setting to choose the default behaviour when dragging files (copy or move)
