Description
### Description
Opening the File Location of an app by right clicking it from the taskbar would not let me close the app's properties window (explorer.exe) by clicking any buttons, not even if I use [SuperF4](https://github.com/stefansundin/superf4).
It would only close when I close Files, and there's a delay as well.
### Steps To Reproduce
1. Set Files as default
2. Right click app icon from taskbar (eg. Visual Studio Code)
3. Right click app name from the list and select Properties
4. Choose `Open File Location`
5. Files will open
6. Try to close the Properties window
7. The window doesn't close (it might close after a couple seconds)

Research direction
Reproduce the taskbar Properties and Open File Location sequence with Files set as default, then inspect the attached debug.log for the explorer.exe interaction. The fix is complete when the Properties window closes normally without needing to close Files or wait for a delay.
