Description

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Right now Files app does not display any shadows on thumbnails, and this causing white images to almost blend with background:

Windows Explorer shows shadows on thumbnails, preventing thumbnail blend with background, and also looks nice:

Research direction

Start by locating the Files app code that renders thumbnails and review how thumbnail appearance is currently defined. Compare the result with the issue's Windows Explorer examples; the work is done when thumbnails have visible shadows that keep white images distinct from the background.
