Bug: Cloud and tag icons shift folder/file name off center

### Description

Hey hey!
I don't think this is working properly, the file names aren't breaking properly when the cloud sync icon is displayed and the 'small icons' view is active.

here is a screenshot from my iCloud folders:

as you can see, same happens with the tag color and the names of the folders break quite weirdly.

### Steps To Reproduce

1. Install Files App from Windows Store
2. Open iCloud drive
3. Set files view as 'small icons'
4. Optionally, add a tag color to the folder (also has the same issue when combined with the cloud icon).

### Requirements

Ensure the status icons are on their own row

### Files Version

3.0.15.0

### Windows Version

10.0.22631.2861
