Feature: Add a Films strip layout

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

this will allow users to scan collections of videos and see in their hundreds of video files, what is inside, instead of opening each video to see what it is. this also solves the issue where the thumbnail shows the same image for all videos, such as with intro parts.

### Requirements

it needs to be shown as a View Mode. with the name "Film Strip". it will show horizontal rows, just like how a video appears in the limeline in clipchamp. and stacks multiple thumbnails horizontally for the same video file.
