Feature: Support scrolling via scroll wheel while selecting items with rectangle

### What feature or improvement do you think would benefit Files?

Use the mouse wheel to scroll through items while holding down the left mouse button to multi-select items.Just like explorer.I think this is a very useful feature

### Requirements

1.You can try this effect in explorer by scrolling through the items with the mouse wheel while using the left mouse button to multi-select the items.
