Feature: Support changing sidebar/toolbar density

### Description

A recent version of Files (cannot tell exactly the number) reduced the dimensions of the sidebar to make it closer to Windows explorer. As someone who's mainly a touchscreen a user I find this a regression. (I used to complain about too much padding in the past as well, but I think before the last changes it was perfect). Comparing to the touch targets of files in details view they seem even smaller creating inconsitency.
I don't have any other idea if not to revert that change (having an option is not really ideal imho)
