Description
### Description
Copying files sometimes show transfer rates as TB/s instead of MB/s... I freaked out the first time when I saw 390 TB/s transfer rates...

### Steps To Reproduce
Right after I updated to this release. When I was copying files.
I was trying to duplicate a file, then I saw this.
### Requirements
Show the correct measurements
### Files Version
3.0.5.0
### Windows Version

Research direction
Start at the Status center's transfer-rate display and reproduce the issue while duplicating a file from a portable drive. Trace how the displayed measurement is selected, then verify that copying shows the correct unit rather than TB/s; the payload names no source file or test.
